The class SendGridClient cannot be mocked with the most popular mocking frameworks in .net : it neither has a parameterless constructor nor an interface.
By adding an interface, the SendGridClient will become compatible with many DI and mocking framework.
I personally need to test my library interaction with the SendGrid library using the Moq mocking framework.
