After my previous pull request was merged, I realized it still didn't work exactly as expected. So I have added functionality into the original call to init.pp so you can specify an entire directory. I also added some logic to package.pp to not always declare '/etc/sensu/plugins' since if it is declared there, you can not redeclare it in plugin.pp. This should finally actually resolve issue #197
