This pull request makes the following changes to the README:

  • Switch the order of settings as they appear in settings.py.
  • Remove redundant inclusion of grappelli and filebrowser in INSTALLED_APPS. All apps listed in OPTIONAL_APPS are added to INSTALLED_APPS automatically if available.
  • Add instructions to uninstall "safe" packages.

I haven't tried to put filebrowser and grappelli to OPTIONAL_APPS instead of INSTALLED_APPS but since OPTIONAL_APPS are added at the end of INSTALLED_APPS, the order won't be correct and this will be a problem for templates and static files loading.
