Reusing attachments instead of reuploading

I am wondering if there is a way to reuse attachments, rather than supplying a URL, downloading the bytes, then reuploading them.

What I mean by this is not related to keep_existing_attachment. I am talking about reusing an attachment that has been already uploaded to discord and has an attachment URL such as: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/<channel>/<attachment_id>/<filename>.<ext>. (I am not certain about what the attachment_id segment actually represents, I'm just guessing. I know it isn't the message ID because I tested that.).

As of right now, the current AttachmentType::Image and the new CreateAttachment::url both download and reupload the attachment which is a waste of time and resources when using a URL that is already a discord URL. I don't know if the API even supports using attachments this way, but if it does, is there a corresponding way to do this using serenity? Thank you.

So I did more research and it turns out Discord has no way of doing this. The only way to emulate this behavior is to add the attachment URL to the message content and let the auto-embed system take over. Unfortunately, this results in the attachment URL appearing in the message because it isn't removed anymore, but it is miles more efficient than reuploading every attachment I want my bot to send.
