Makes possible to mute only microphone

In this version is possible to configure a keyboard shortcut to mute the microphone. Also whenever the microphone state is changed (though this app) an icon showing the microphone state is displayed in the top left corner of the screen

Improved the synchronization between microphone and volume mute states when the "Mute microphone too" option is active

This versión corrects the issue that system volume mute and microphone mute could be desynchronized

New fix for apps that hook keyboard

After some problems with some applications that hook keyboard, the previous approach to fix that have changed a bit to be more agressive with that.
Also finally a common project for Hotkey has been created and used.
