Deploy as CloudFormation stack

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As per other serverless deployments, I'd love for this to be deployed as a CloudFormation stack so we can manage resources easier e.g., add stack tags to filter for billing clients

I want to run the serverless command and see a new/updated stack in the list of CloudFormation stacks.

Are the limitations still there in AWS?

As far as I know, it has never been a real limitation. You could always ask for a resources limit increase. Most of them are there to prevent faulty scripts to provision an infinite number of resources.
