Modify arm+hand launchfiles to use trajectory_controller_spawner #99

Both files:

Contain an rh_controller_spawners element (or lh). They should be replaced by a trajectory_controller_spawner.

And then it should be tested.

ugocupcic added sprint queue and removed sprint labels

But need to be tested with real hardware and these old ones can be deleted.

ugocupcic removed the queue label
