This commit updates the sort order of --help options in order to improve usability/importance putting most useful/used commands on top. In addition to that, similar options were grouped together.

As discussed in #653, this commit updates the sort order of --help options in order to improve usability/importance putting most useful/used commands on top.
In addition to that, similar options were grouped (or kept) together.
