A more maintained (this year) fork is:

They are both forks of the (several years since maintained) original:
https://github.com/dag/vim-fish

@blankname seems more active and interested in maintaining it, with stuff merged from the maintainer of the current fork used among others. cf. blankname/vim-fish#1
