C code and NYUD2 format

Dear Professor Shen

Thank you for the code. I am successfuly run your code.
I have questions, what is the function inside edgesDetectMexCNNFeats ?
May I see the C/C++ original function for edgesDetectMexCNNFeats and edgesNmsMex.

How about NYUD2 dataset. As I know NYUD2 does not has boundary groundtruth.
do you produce by yourself? what are you doing with NYUD2 depth? how is the nyud2 structure?

Hi Jan,
Thanks for your interest in our work. I attached the source code of edgesDetectMexCNNFeats. While edgesNmsMex is from piotr dollar's toolbox. The boundary groudtruth of NYUD2 is obtained by a script provided by other researchers. You'd better to look at Ref [39] or [11].
