Code Cleanup and Ready for V1 Release

To Do items for TGB v1 release:

• Add more API references and documentation
• add tutorials for how to get the node labels for node property prediction task
• clean up comments, remove any that is not for documentation purpose
• add tutorials for negative sampler and negative sample generator Adding tutorials for negative sampling and dataset evaluation #36
• ensure naming consistency, dataset names, etc.
• add any missing documentation for existing functions
• code cleaning and overhauling
• @fpour reference examples / github for CAWN, GraphMixer, TCL examples on the datasets if possible
• add version check and automatically update datasets when needed

• @fpour DyGLib --> clean the code and share some examples; the original evaluation/should be deleted. The repo can be simplified because it has a bunch of unused code (like the node classification task, old evaluation setting, and so on).

• more simple baselines: heuristics such as Adamic Adar or Common Neighbor

I want to start from task ‍clean up comments, remove any that is not for documentation purpose and my question is, do you have any tips for me to start doing this task? For example, which part of the project needs more work now?
