E2E Container Registry

On the recent intereactions we've enabled end-to-end tests, with a KinD instance and Shipwright Build Controller running.

However, all Shipwright activity depends on having a output image set, the output configures the actual container registry image name and tag. And Shipwright will then dependent upon the container registry to complete a BuildRun.

We need a container registry for CI jobs, and documentation on how to use it. As an initial pointer, I would like to share KinD's Local Registry.
