Handle order items in order resources

Order items are returned as an array in the API, I propose to map them to and OrderItemResource object.
As it would be in the direct line of futur handling order items directly in the API.
To be able to do that :

foreach($order->getItems() as $orderItem) {
    $orderItem->getId();
}
