This is an attempt to take the prediction code from Gpredict and make it a library for use with a PHP extension or other things. Not ready for consumption yet.

Dependencies:

On a stock ubuntu system, you may need to run:

sudo apt-get install make pkg-config libgtk2.0-dev

Once that's done, you should be able to run

make test
