Free Support

If you have some technical problem with OpenVZ Web Panel, please visit issue tracker and make a search by keywords.

If you can't find anything useful related to your problem, create new issue. Use provided template and fill the fields. It's very important to write the report in a way, that other person can understand it without asking a lot of additional questions.

If you have problem related to installation, don't forget to attach /tmp/ovz-web-panel.log file to bug report. If you have problems related to panel work and unexpected error, you need to check /opt/ovz-web-panel/log/production.log and add information about errors to bug report.

Do not post SSH/admin credentials to your servers here. All comments are public and anyone can see this information.

Please do not post questions related to OpenVZ Web Panel directly via mail. It's a subject for premium support only.
