When using the mtda client API, a user might want to work with much shorter timeouts when connecting to remote devices. This patch makes this timeout configurable and also adds some (limited) documentation of the Client constructor. Signed-off-by: Felix Moessbauer <felix.moessbauer@siemens.com>
