Really long pictures are impossible to read in Signal without saving them first #1042
Comments
UX idea: In the desktop app, a simple scroll with the mouse wheel could zoom in and out the image anchoring the zoom focus at the mouse pointer, similar to online maps websites. |
Any new information about this feature? This issue is nearly 4 years old, but hasn't been fixed yet. Speaking here about Arch Linux, don't know about Windows. |
Currently this is the only reason I have to go back to WhatsApp because enlarging images is necessary in my online Zoom lessons |
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. It will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions. |
This is important -- especially for a messenger that tries to keep things sandboxed and asks you, "Would you really like to save an image to your system that can be read by anyone?" |
