Retry pending messages after restart #661
Comments
Is someone already working on this? Otherwise I would take it. I suggest to reset the status of a pending message initially after restarts for a quick but clean fix and add the "retry after start" afterwards as a new feature. |
I am having troubles to build the project (StackOverflow). Therefore, if someone wants to take over this issue, feel free. I don't want to be a blocker on this. |
@Mygeen Maybe try just |
I tried already, I got the same error. Can you explain why yarn it trying
to use git on a temporary directory? I guessed on an issue with access
rights, but in an admin command line I got the same result.

Oftentimes Signal loses connection (for whatever reason). Now, this wouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately if I have pending messages (messages that are being sent) and I click the "disconnected" icon to reload the app, but once reloaded the messages are no pending anymore -- they are nothing, they have no symbol.
