- This update improves support for “Limited Access” photo permissions and adds a convenient shortcut to select new photos in your iOS Settings. Take a picture of your Halloween costume idea, change what you share, exchange what you’ll wear, and arrange how you’ll scare.
7.32.1
- Now your iPhone will automatically stop ringing if you answer an incoming call on another linked device (like Signal Desktop). Deciding whether or not you actually want to talk to them is still a question only you can answer.
- We also fixed a bug that prevented unread indicators and other status badges from appearing in the Stories and Calls tabs on iPadOS 18.

7.31.1
- We fixed a bug that prevented the dark theme from working correctly during the initial registration and setup process. Just because someone has seen the light and decided to sign up for Signal, that no longer means they have to see the light theme too.

- We added support for several new features in iOS 18, including contact privacy permissions and app icon customization. Now when you configure your iOS Home Screen to use dark or tinted icons, Signal will adapt accordingly. Go completely monochrome or pick a scheme that matches your colorful imagination.

- Now you can flip the camera even when you're alone in a group call. Get ready to give them a front-row view by switching to the back camera, or switch back to the front camera so that you're ready to talk back.
- We fixed a bug that prevented some users from joining a new group or re-joining an existing group, and we also fixed a bug that made it harder to scroll between views during group calls while a hand was raised. These are hands down our favorite bugfixes in this release.
