I'm trying to start the recorded from the command lin but I keep getting the error that java is not a recognized command. Is this something I need to download and install before I use the recorder. I need help I'm trying to work on a proof of concept for automated testing. Thanks

You have to install java on the computer.

You may need a JAVA_HOME environment variable if using with Windows

java -jar sikuli-slides-1.5.0_windows-x86_64.jar record

mine works with java 8
