Improved performance by evaluating each unique response only once.

Also, in the JAR below

  • JGit was bumped from 4.6.0 in v0.1 to 5.6.1 in v0.2 and
  • the v0.1 release included a SQLite JDBC driver which was an accidental leftover for the planned caching/TMTO functionality (see #1) -- this has been removed, making the JAR quite a bit smaller
