Edit: NVM, you can set environment variables here: https://caddyserver.com/docs/caddyfile-tutorial#environment-variables

@JackEllis That's how to read env variables and use them in your config; setting them is a Linux thing that has to be done outside the Caddy process.

FYI @JackEllis there's a PR to allow a --envfile arg to make that easier caddyserver/caddy#3278
