Support adding key terms as partial words #240
Description
silnlp adds key terms twice – once as partial words and once as starts of words. In order to make Serval consistent with silnlp, we should do the same thing in machine.py’s build job class. We should consider creating a utility in machine.py to handle generating the training samples as well since this would ensure consistency (and be an ‘easy win’ for better consistency more broadly).
