If custom.vrs filename is capitalized ("Custom.vrs"), it is not read

We ran into this recently on a published project. Is there a reason we shouldn't just check for 'Custom.vrs'? Is this common or isolated? Would this be classified as an error on their part?

It isn't really an error on their part. All PT documentation states that you should create a file called custom.vrs, but most users are on Windows, where filenames are case-insensitive, so Custom.vrs is equivalent. We should perform a case-insensitive search for the custom versification file.
