Record source and target language in the build

As the source and target language can change for a translation engine, we should record the target and source language in the build so we can later see what these were for the build when it was run.

If possible also record the script.

I believe that this was already completed here: #808. Nathaniel had requested this so I added it while working on the build warnings. If there's more you'd like, let me know. Otherwise, we can close this.

@Enkidu93 Ah I see the problem - the test builds Nathaniel and I were looking at were done with the echo translation engine.

@Nateowami Do we want to report this for echo (the target/source will be the same)?
