Improvements to build warnings

A number of improvements to the build warnings have been suggested:

• Better formatting for messages so it's clear what characters belong to the expected and actual verses in the versification error messages.
• Adding the project short name or other identifying information to the messages which may be more useful to the EITL team when searching for problems.
• Run the warnings per file, not per parallel corpus to avoid duplicate messages.

Feel free to add more ideas in this issue. We may want to separate these ideas out into sub-issues.

When the space is missing between the verse number and the verse text, could this be called out specifically, rather than using the "USFM does not match project versification ..." error message?

For example, for this verse:
\v 11Di nang nga khwori kpyit ye̱ ku su nam nga da kha̱ kpyit ywaar ra̱ khwoni, da kha̱ ntwang baa khe̱k wut gha̱ di ho kheb ba̱ ka̱ ji shiyi ki̱ di gaar sha̱hye̱ny nya̱ .
could the error message specifically mention that' there's a missing space after the verse number?

It's possible that we could do something like this. Here's where it gets tricky: How do you distinguish a verse segment (e.g. \v 1a) from a typo like this (e.g. \v 1a new sentence) without the logic getting too elaborate? We could do some simple things like if it's more than one character or is not the normal a,b,c,d,etc., but I think you can define segments that don't fit this description. Maybe some false warnings are ok (?).

• When the warning concerns an extra verse, the ExpectedVerse should always be ""

• Also, we should only parse the books used for training and drafting (unless we can envision a circumstance in which we'd like info on the rest of the data)
