A new script for removing unnecessary data from project folders.
Possibly this could be part of the solution to issue #725
Other wise it is a script I can run occasionally manually.

I don't think that it removes any data that we make use of, but it may well be removing data that we might possibly make use of in the future. I'm trying to err on the side of caution regarding the removal of PII from our shared project folders.
