Check for pre-release versions before the release

The plugin should have an optional setting to check for dependencies that have a pre-release version.
If that is the case, the release should fail.

Describe the solution you'd like

• An optional setting to check for pre-release dependencies.
• An option to exclude certain dependencies of that if the dependency is okey to be a pre-release version
