Adding quite a lot of changes, resulting in v0.4

  • Refactor a lot of the Python files into better structure
  • Add a webserver status page
  • Update a lot of the CI files and git files
  • Some minor tweaks in how the cron in the container is set up
  • current IP is now resolved via Cloudflare via built-in methods, no extra python package needed anymore
