[REQUEST] Extend telegram tool to support send audio, video, animation, and photos #1562

right now telegram tool only support sending messages .
Describe the solution you'd like
extend the Telegram tool to support additional Telegram API methods (deleting messages , sending media )
Additional context
This feature is already implemented and tested locally. I will be opening a Pull Request shortly that resolves this issue.
