Changed memory deletion strategy from soft delete to hard delete in apps/sim/app/api/memory/[id]/route.ts to fix issues with memory ID reuse.

deletedAttimestamp in favor of direct DELETE operations - Recommend adding transaction wrapping for PUT operation to ensure atomic memory update

Description
When you add a memory with a unique ID, delete the memory with that ID, and then try to add the memory back with the same ID, it would give an error. Hard deleted memory in DB to remove error.
