This package used an old version of PostCSS and Autoprefixer.
I want to update
ember-cli-autoprefixerwhich depends on this as well so this was the first step.Also went ahead and updated all other dependencies.
This should be considered a BREAKING CHANGE and thus the version should be bumped to v9.0.0
