I don't really like adding DOM types by default, but since TS does it, I agree, we should do it here too. |

As mentioned in f5aa5f5, adding a
libarray breaks browser modules.The fun part is that I can't override it via my own tsconfig, it's just ignored, but if you addI was adding"DOM"to this array it works.libinstead ofcompilerOptions.lib. 🤦♂️
