Allow no applicationId to be set

• #17 - According to New Relic documentation, users can disable New Relic for a certain environment by omitting the applicationId. As such, this release removes a warning previously shown in the console when the applicationId was omitted.

Improved error formatting in console

#15 - Fix error messages in console, where some errors appeared without useful debugging information

Update NR to 1016 and handle often undefined 'error' param

• #14 - Update New Relic script to version 1016
• #12 - Don't throw an error when the error param is undefined

Misc. improvements

• Ignore TransitionAborted error in ember (#9)
• Exclude new relic script in fastboot builds (#10)
• Ensures tests (frontend tests) and node_tests (backend tests) test suites are run by Travis

Option to write new-relic.js to its own file

• #7 Add new option to write and load new-relic.js file. Many thanks to @GCheung55. Documentation has been added in the README and more tests have been added in the node_tests directory.
