Hi I'm new to Opensource, I read the following Dockerfile and tried to make it more efficient by combining the both the RUN statements and added some more readability to the Dockerfile(As per guidelines mentioned by Docker community here) I'm aware these are very minor changes, but if it doesn't add any value. I will close the pull request from my end.
Do let me know if I'm not following the guidelines, I will try to improve it from my end.
