Importing Markdown no longer refreshes the entire interface

Everytime I import the markdown file, it flashes and restarts from Refresh window

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

Could the issue be due to extensions?

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

As soon as I select the markdown file to import, it flashes and starts from the refresh windows.

Expected result

Can this be done smoothly, maybe in the background using the progress button?

I'm using open quicksnippets menu plugin to toggle on and off some CSS. While doing that, it refreshes the entire interface. Could you solve that too?

This should be a plug-in problem and needs to be solved by the plug-in author.

Can this feature of toggling on/off the CSS from the homepage just like in the plugin be integrated as the core feature of SiYuan? It would be a great enhancement to the already available feature.

Most users probably won’t use this feature very often, so it won’t be added to the homepage at the moment. I’m very sorry.

Thank you for considering the feedback. While I understand the consideration regarding feature frequency of use, I'd like to emphasize that even though it may not be a heavily utilized feature for all users, its availability on the homepage could still provide convenience and accessibility for those who do need it occasionally.

I do understand that you guys have other priorities as compared to this feature. I myself am waiting for the whiteboard/canvas. Although, I don't think it would occupy much space as it would be a single button to toggle ON/OFF, anywhere in the dock area.

Once again, thank you for your attention to feedback and for your ongoing work on improving SiYuan.

We have many functions, and it is impossible to add all the buttons that users have common needs on the homepage. If possible, the plug-in author can make modifications. I hope you understand.
