在列表塊中插入圖片並調整大小後，如果光標沒有移動到其他地方，
按兩次回車之後會無法反向縮進，示範如下：

有序列表和無序列表都會出現這種情況。

但如果插入圖片並調整大小後，光標有移動到其他地方，
按兩次回車就可以正常的反向縮進，示範如下：

Expected result

在列表塊中插入圖片並調整大小後，即使光標沒有移動到其他地方，
按兩次回車之後依然可以反向縮進。
