Unable to set Flashcard FSRS Weights

闪卡自定义权重，重启思源笔记后会重置为默认值

闪卡的自定义权重（FSRS Weights）修改后，重启思源笔记，其权重数值会恢复至默认值。

Expected result

自定义权重修改后，重启思源笔记，权重数值为自定义数值，而非默认值
