改进拖拽块

01 几个莫名其妙的操作之后就能运行时错误：

  1. 多选块
  2. 拖拽子块，晃两下高亮相邻的列表
  3. 把子块拖拽到文档树的边边
  4. 再多选块拖拽

02 把块拖回原位再松开鼠标之后不应该再移动块：

即使鼠标已经不在附近了，但那条线还在：
