改进替换锚文本为空出现的行内元素残留

将链接锚文本完全替换为空：用户的意图是把整个链接去掉，所以不需要保留链接元素
将引用锚文本完全替换为空：用户的意图是把整个块引用去掉，所以不需要保留块引用元素
将 PDF 标注锚文本完全替换为空：用户的意图是把整个标注去掉，所以不需要保留链接元素
