模板弹窗支持拖拽预览区大小

  1. 因为按钮占空间，所以鼠标划过去就会感觉整个弹窗在抖
  2. 右边预览需要加一个 scrollbar-gutter: stable;

整个弹窗的宽度调整不了也是个问题，可能有的模板有水平超级块所以需要更宽的预览

可能不需要移动位置，只要能调整宽高就行

四边的不加了，预览区域高度会变化，加了固定就没有这个功能了。
