windows上，自定义插入代码块快捷键产生异常行为在 2.11.1 版本又出现了

后面的版本就解决了，但是到了2.11.1，问题又出现了

是的，看她这个帖子，和我发的第一个issue是一样的问题
看来和插入代码块没关系，是快捷键Ctrl d的特殊性
