Add "ltree_scope" usage section to readme.
I started to document this behavior on a project which uses pg_ltree as a dependency, but opted to add the documentation here instead. The example I chose might not be the most illustrative, so please let me know if have a suggestion for something which would illustrate the intended behavior better.
