v2 cleanup and removal of deprecated features

To prep for v2 we have noted a number of minor issues to be removed or adjusted. This constitute low hanging minor but breaking changes. This includes, but not not limited to the following:

• Remove all deprecated properties
• Remove the long-deprecated Skeleton Data Tables
• Remove documentation references to the legacy typography system, including:
  • References to typography-prose.css
  • References to skeleton.css
  • The .untyled exemption class.
• Rename paginator settings offset to page for better semantics

I'm including a zip backup of the Skeleton Data Tables feature and documentation sections here in case anyone needs this for future reference. It'll always be available in the Git history, but this might be simpler to access.

Please be aware that Skeleton now officially recommends Simple Data Tables as the best alternative going forward, per #538
