Add new v2 preset theme: Wintry

I'd like v2 to have a big new visual feature alongside all the functional changes, so I'm going to ahead and contribute the blue and gray "Wintry" theme. Which is available on the Portfolio template from the Skeleton Store. This has previously been closed source, and only available via purchasing this template.

It's a very flexible theme that displays well on the Doc site as well!
