Found when updating
CONFIG_FREERTOS_HZand reducing logging thatcreate_jobs_taskwould occasionally cause duplicate jobs to get queued at startup. I simplified the code a bit as I couldn't understand why we would need bothprocess_mining_jobandgenerate_additional_workand combined them into one function and moved some of the logic into the while loop. Not been able to reproduce the initial bug after the refactor.
