Installing XnatSlicer from GitHub

1. Download and install Slicer 4.3+.
   
2. From the XnatSlicer GitHub repo click on the 'Download ZIP' button (or you can just click here).
3. Unzip the downloaded package to a desired location.
4. Open Slicer. Go to 'Edit' -> 'Application Settings' -> 'Modules' ->'Additional Module Paths'
5. Click on the double-chevron to the right. Then click the 'Add' button.
6. Locate the decompressed XnatSlicer source code and navigate to the folder where 'XnatSlicer.py' resides (i.e. './YourDownloadedXnatSlicerSrc/XnatSlicer'). Hit the 'Choose' button.
7. Slicer will prompt a restart.
8. The module is now installed. You'll find XnatSlicer in the 'Modules' dropdown near the top left corner of the Slicer application.
