While using explorer.go serving dist,

opening http://127.0.0.1:8001/ will redirect to http://127.0.0.1:8001/blocks. The page renders, but will 404 if reloaded, because /blocks is not a valid path.

I think this needs changes in both explorer.go and the angular app.
