Adds an example demonstrating how to use SkyPilot in a Temporal workflow. Uses a mock training workflow with three activities - preprocess, train and eval.
Key idea to sharing SkyPilot state is to use task queues to enforce all activities to run on the same worker. That way sharing state is not required, since the same worker runs the
