Added an optional callback parameter to the Options that can be used to fire custom actions when a menu item is moved to or from the overflow menu, e.g. change icon size
Added new recalculateBreakpoints method to allow the breakpoints created on initialization to be re-initialized to support dynamic menus

This component is brilliant, and just saved me a lot of work so thank you!
There were a couple of things I needed for my implementation that may be of use to others so I thought I'd set up a PR in case you agree.
